The 24th Annual General Meeting of Multicultural Aged Care Services Geelong Inc. will be held Tuesday 31 October, 2017 at 2.00pm Multicultural Aged Care Services, 100 Weddell Road, Geelong North

Business to be conducted:

  1. Tabling of previous Annual General Meeting Minutes for 2015/2016.
  2. Presentation of Annual Report 2016/2017.
  3. Presentation of Audited Financial Statements and Balance Sheet 2016/2017.
  4. Appointment of Auditor 2017/2018.
  5. Board of Management Vacancies: Under the rules of Multicultural Aged Care Services Geelong Inc., two members are due to retire after three years of service. These members are Gerald De Stefano and Gael Perry.
  1. Nominations for election to the Board of Directors shall be made in writing and received by the Chief Executive Officer before 23 October 2017.
  2. General Business: 14 days’ notice required in writing to the undersigned, of any other business members wish to raise.

Hetty Kate – fabulous swing vocalist will be presenting songs from the 30s and 40s.  Hetty is one of Australian jazz luminary James Morrison’s favourite singers, has graced stages from New Zealand to New York, released six acclaimed albums, sung for the lindy-hop/swing-dance community across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia, and more recently has joined the ABC Jazz / Universal Music stable of vocalists. www.hettykate.com
